Hi, My water connection was cut off because I lost my card and couldn't make payment. I'm charged some$90 fee for this. I've been and to pay my bill today. I'm already going through depression. I'm an international student at IU.I request the department to please waive this fee. I'll make sure it never happens again.

Please look at water bills for Dec, Jan, Feb. There was a broken water meter that resulted in an extreme excess of charge to my account. The water meter has since been fixed. However, since this was out of my control and I had no bearing in the broken water meter, nor its repair, I am hoping there can be some concession on my utility account. Ever since utility update work has been done to digital reading, water bill went up. Water bill used to be less than $50. Now it’s over $100. I need someone to come and identify what the problem is. 3941 S Bushmill Dr. Bloomington,In 47403

We got left a notice on our door stating that our water meter was creeping and that we should contact maintenance. We contacted maintenance and they stated it was likely due to new meters being installed. Our bill this month is 3 units higher than our bill has ever been before and we are beginning to wonder if the meter issue is related at all.

My utility bill for account 7559-002 for period 06/01/2020 to 07/07/202 shows water usage of 82000 gallons. In all previous periods for the year, the usage never exceeded 4000 gallons. There were only three people living in the house during this latest billing period. A new water meter was installed during this billing period by your company. There appears to be a problem here. There is no way the water usage being charged for was actually used.

Ever since the new meter was installed, my bill has been around $27 higher. I have called Customer Service every month or more. The only advice they had was toilet leakage and sent me blue stuff to check for leaks. I did this and found no leaks. I am unable to find any leaks in my home so I think the meter is the problem. Customer service won't even talk to me anymore which is very poor and rude service. If they can't help, they should pass you to someone else instead of ignoring you. I would appreciate some help from your end as I don't know anything else to do. Your bill shows me using twice the water the old meter said. 4000 gallons and I live alone. There is no way I use that much. Something is wrong somewhere and if I can't find the problem, it's your job.
