I think the water main in front of 2700 S Banta is ruptured - there is water coming out of the cracks in the street and its not snow melt/runoff. A section of the main was replaced a few weeks ago about 50ft south of where this new leak is.
Where Hopewell and Habitat Street connect - There is water that is frozen all along the street. A main may have broken or it could be coming from the house at the corner W 8th and Hopewell.
Low water pressure. Also neighbor at 1668 N Russell has same issue
We were overcharged for water this month. The SA Customer Portal Dashboard says we consumed 1,774 gallons of water from August 2-September 1, and the bill claims we consumed 3,000 gallons.
The water pump at the bottom of Azalea Lane has its hazard light and sound going off
Despite never receiving any specific notice about the termination of the aqua pay system for my utility account, I was removed from the aqua pay program and thus 2 subsequent bills went unpaid, and our water was shut off for delinquency. I then had to pay $45 each for a water shutoff and turn on fee. I do not believe that it is my responsibility to foot this fee when I was under the impression that my autopay would be the method with which my bill would be paid off. In addition, the water was shut off at my house after 4:15 PM, meaning there was no way for me to contact the utilities office and request my water to be turned back on same day if I were to have paid off the balance immediately.
For the past several weeks, water seems to be pooled in middle of E Brownridge. Perhaps it is coming from beneath the street.
Standing water on road surface/poor drainage, Westbound lane of North Old State Road 37. Griffy Creek is bridge is just to the West of the photo.
There is a water valve cover that has water coming out of the cover and running down the side walk - not a large qty but enough to run down the sidewalk and create a trail. Intersection of S. High Street and E. Arden Drive. North/East corner 10' up sidewalk North. It does seem that early morning 5a-5:30a it is always running down the sidewalk but by mid morning the water has dissipated. About a week after the taste and smell of tap water became like dirt, very organic, I began having loose stool. Last night I bought gallons of water from Kroger because the issue has only gotten worse.
