Hi, we're getting large potholes in Highland Ave north of 1st and south of University at the entrance to the alleyway. Also, I believe the city takes care of the sidewalk/entrance to the alleyway itself, which has also deteriorated in the years since it was last repaired. (I had called the city and watched it repaired.)
collection truck seems to have knocked over my trash bin but not taken away my trash (mostly baby's used diapers!). What do I do?
Upholstered sofas and other furniture on the lawn between houses at 1000 and 1002 East Atwater.
The light in the front of 422 E. University is not working. This is a street right at the corner with the alley that is on the south side of the street.
Broken weblinks (hospital redevelopment)
Broken weblinks (hospital redevelopment site) This is the web address: https://bloomington.in.gov/departments/office-of-the-mayor/projects/hospital The broken links are under "Plans and Documents" The Urban Land Institute report is there; the other three are not. Thanks.
Lots of poison ivy growing into sidewalk on 1st.
There is a big growth of bushes/trees/grasses something of that sort in the creek between Sheridan and Southdowns right at the intersection with Woodlawn. When you are at the stop sign on Sheridan, it is tough to see pedestrians, children, and cyclists who are heading to the park. Also, it is tough to see traffic coming from the south on Woodlawn because of the foliage. It certainly needs cut back.
The road in front of my house has broken up so badly that it's an eyesore for the entire street. It looks as if the foundation underneath the street has collaped and it's also damaged the drainage ditch in front of my property. My neighbor Jerry Minger called months ago to report this problem but we have had no word from the city. Jerry was told that this issue was "on the list" and would be taken care of when the weather was warm enough. Can you please call me and let me know if this is going to be taken care of? I'm embarrassed for my neighbors. Thank you, Deborah
