Property is so overgrown with invasive, noxious plants along alley that a tree is now leaning and is in contact with electric service wires. Also, utility pole on SE corner of lot has vines growing up near the transformer and just a few feet away from high voltage distribution lines. Property owner has let the entire property degrade so that what was once a good example of 1890s architecture is now a hovel/shack that is an embarrassment for the entire neighborhood.

HAND has left a notice on the "front door" of this house (12th Street side), but the actual door that is used to get into the house is the deck door off the alley. Current tenants probably will never see the notice unless it is moved to the door that they use.

A large branch has fallen from a Maple street tree in front of my rental property. Luckily the branch did not damage any cars or my rental home. Please have this branch removed ASAP. Thank you.
