At the intersection of Allendale and Walnut Street Pike, when attempting to turn off of Allendale onto Walnut Street Pike, it is nearly impossible to see traffic coming north on WSP without putting the nose of your vehicle into the path of traffic. There are trees that need heavily trimmed or removed in the southeast corner of the intersection that block that view and create a hazard. I have seen several near misses there.

In front of the driveway there is a pothole that everyone hits when rounding the curve of the street. It is continually eroding the blacktop and also the concrete curb area.

I am hopeful this form is the correct place to submit this concern: On or before 2/21/2020 I noticed that my front-yard sewer plate thing is all ripped up and askew like I've never seen it before and it just don't seem right. Contractors for AT&T performing fiber installation severed the water main to my residence this afternoon and preformed a repair. Could the city test my water and assess the cost of excess water usage from today?
