Growth is much higher than the 8 inch limit for a neighborhood yard. With the amount of rain we’ve had this summer, I’m concerned that this overgrowth could eventually become a health hazard.
Rental house (too many renters) across the street from us facing Sare Road (right by Spicewood II sign) has a large sectional that has been sitting in driveway for a month. This is a nice neighborhood not accustomed to seeing debris sitting in driveways. There is also a large box truck that is continually parked on the grass. This is what happens when rentals are not inspected….the decks are falling off & the gutters are drooping…totally unacceptable. Thank you for checking on this situation. Please get back to me. Electrical wires are exposed at the bottom of the street light pole because the cover is not attached in the cul-de-sac of S. Shadow Grove Ct.
The storm on Sunday 10/24 took out the new street light bulb. Please service - thank you!
The street light between 2528 and 2538 S. Buttonwood Ln has not been turned on since the AT&T lined their fiber internet line in the neighborhood.
Who is responsible for clearing these sidewalks? The multiuse path on Rogers is pretty useless if the sidewalk is not also clear
Large, deep hole near intersection of S Spicewood Lane and Roundhill Ln. Located in the middle of the road, at the north stop sign on S Spicewood Ln. Thanks
invasives and other brush along Side path on South Sare from Buttonwood to Rogers is badly overgrown
A hole has opened up in the paved sidewalk just east of the Meadowlands apartment complex drive along the north side of rogers road. A metal disc had been covering the hole, but the hole has widened and the cover has fallen in. I live in the Spicewood neighborhood and walk this way frequently--it could be really dangerous for a bike or child walking.
