Hi, there is a crosswalk across Kinser Pike between 2 sets of apartment buildings. The sidewalk ends here, so people have to cross the street to get to the bus stop, gas station, or grocery store. There have been a few times where people have been crossing the street at night in dark colors and it has been impossible to see them until you have just enough time to brake. I think a street light or a crossing light is necessary to prevent a pedestrian incident in the future.
There are no crosswalks on Rogers St. between 2nd and 3rd streets. This road segment is a large hill, making it difficult to cross safely on foot. I have had many close calls trying to walk or bike across this road segment, which is supposed to be a safe, residential area. Thanks.

The pedestrian lights are permanently red in all four directions. The lights turn green only for the cars. It is difficult enough getting through this intersection, without the drivers assuming that if your light is red you are never permitted to cross.
Workers appearing to interact with the fencing along 1st st at the site of the old hospital frequently park in the blind spot just beyond the hill traveling west bound with no signage or people directing traffic.
Hello! It is that wonderful time of year when the water taste so gross again! I know what causes it, I know that you all work so hard to get it cleaned and tasting good again and I thank you for that! I reported this antisemitic homophobic and racist graffiti to the police a month ago on Holocaust Remembrance Day. It has not been removed since. I called the police again, and the secretary said Duke cannot be asked to remove it since it is private property. These signs face the public road and are deeply offensive and I consider it a hate crime. Please have these removed immediately.
