There is a young man riding a motorized dirt bike, at high rates of speed, on the trails in RCA park. The young man stated this is allowed. Is this ok? There are people walking these trails and noise from the dirt bike was extremely loud. Can you please email me and let me know if I should report this to the police if it happens again? Thank you.

Good morning. I have a memorial scheduled at the Sycamore Shelter at Cascades Park this Saturday.
