Mounds of trash bags up against the fence for months and infested with rodents and bugs
The stormwater culvert appears to be partially blocked with debris at multiple points. The first point is where a pipe passes under the B-Line trail, just near lamppost 136. There is a large tree trunk that is impeding the flow of stormwater there. The second point is further down the culvert, where two smaller pipes pass under the railroad tracks. One pipe is partially blocked, and the other is completely blocked with leaves and debris. Kriste has my contact info if you have any questions.
Lots of potholes going up the hill eastbound on E Rogers Rd.
The street light is out on the corner of Bethel & Baugh, causing a safety concern

With it getting dark earlier I have extra concerns with traffic speed in my neighborhood now while walking. Please prioritize residential traffic calming. Thank you.
Over the past 75 years, health authorities have promoted community water fluoridation to reduce dental caries. Until recently, however, no studies had examined the safety of fluoride in vulnerable populations, like pregnant women and infants. The sidewalk along E Azalea continues to be covered with leaves, scrub brush and a fallen tree. This is alongside Winslow Woods. I reported this six weeks ago. Everyone in our neighborhood has to walk in the street along this city owned sidewalk. I've got a good photo that I'm unable to include with this ticket as it blows the photo up to just some giant leaves rather than showing the obstructed sidewalk.
The new pedestrian crossing signals on South Walnut are programmed to take too long. The flashing yellow takes too long and half the motorists come to a stop while others continue thru the yellow to beat it. This becomes dangerous because pedestrians see certain cars slowing and stopping and begin to cross. I've seen folks almost get hit. Then the lights go solid red, oftentimes after the pedestrians have already crossed the road. Then the flashing red is too long, confusing many motorists who can't read or understand the sign. The entire sequence needs to be shortened for safety sake.
