Look at the policies that have driven Btown from a town of interest to a handful of publicly interesting locations with decades of presence. Food vendors would better benefit the community through collaboration with sustainable government policies; rather than finding it beneficial to connect their resources to affordable public commercially available resources to afford their work.

Traffic Suggestions

Heading east on Third Street, there is a lane divider near the Big Red Liquor followed by a double yellow line however on MANY occasions cars try to turn left there which not only stops traffic but has the risk of accidents for people getting around them. I've seen yellow virtical 'posts' that are used to inhibit turning and wonder if that might be a solution.
