Need a fence also to keep homeless away from our door also ! At the Switchyard apartment complex on Rogers st . If I put my plant outside for sunshine some one steals it ! Not safe at the Switchyard apartment. My neighbors are in worsening health do to what the city has built and not protecting the handicap tenants! I have call the cops . Last time they don’t show up just called back . And they can not arrest anyone trespassing without a sign ! It will be the city’s fault if anyone dies due to this happening on a day to day basses . Help all of us out of this mess . I’m willing to let the landlord to stay in my apartment for a week if he can stand it !!! And survived. It’s no place for the handicap! Make the apartments safe !

I have homeless walking in our parking lot upswing on baby trees . Right in front of the apartment at 10:00 am . I have had a old lady to be smoking crack pipe by my front door ! And the homeless are going upstairs and checking doors to be unlocked! You can hear everything in are apartment no fire walls ! You can talk or walk and everyone in the apartment complex can hear it . Most of the people who are renting want to leave due to not being safe ! Help

Physical safety issues on playground at Switchyard Park. There are large sharp-edged rocks next to the two concrete slides separated by slippery artificial grass. I watched as small children tried to climb these rocks with no railings to hold on to, or as they tried to go up the grassy area next to the rocks and slides. This is a disaster waiting to happen! I was alarmed that a child was going to fall off the rocks or onto the sharp edges. I saw several children bump their heads on the concrete edge of the slides as they landed hard. Both of these issues need immediate attention. There needs to be a padding strip on the slides at the bottom. The large sharp-edged rocks need to be removed and steps with a railing installed on both sides of the slides.

Hello! The alley behind our brewery has gotten pretty bad - it is frequently traveled by delivery drivers and our own team, and has become dangerous to offload supplies and equipment. Patching or paving would be really, really appreciated.

Hello there! Now that I have adopted two storm drains near my house, I am noticing the storm drains everywhere. This fairly clogged storm drain is in front of 811 N. Keystone Court in Tamarron. I saw it when walking around the neighborhood. I'm sorry, but I am not willing to take on a storm drain that is far from my home, so I thought I would bring it to your attention. Thanks. At 817 W 17th St. is a small, but VERY DEEP, pot hole at the crest of a slight hill that needs fixed ASAP! I hit it at normal speed and it blew out my tire, which had only 50% wear to it, but had to be replaced due to the severe tire-wall damage (at a cost of around $225). Please fix this ASAP so others don't have to go through what I did. Note that I located a traffic cone nearby, and repurposed it to this pot hole to warn others of the hazard.

In the early morning, about 6am, when driving north on High Street toward the Hillside/Moores Pike light, the light does not recognize that a car is there.The east-west direction has a green light and the light will not change. It used to be that when you pulled up to the light from High Street, if no other traffic was there, it would turn to green quickly. When a car is coming south on High Street it may change, but not consistently. The sensor or something seems broken.

If you are heading west on 3rd street, and want to turn left into High Street, the left turn arrow lights do not turn on (neither green nor yellow). That is, the left turn lights to turn left onto High St from 3rd St do not turn on. This is pretty dangerous, since it's difficult to make a left turn without them.
