Our water completely stopped working and the bill has been paid. Haven’t received a call back.

Loss of water pressure at house. Checked meter, the number is not increasing. So there is no leak after the metet.

We have no water. Is construction going on and do you have an estimate of when it will be back on? Thank you for your help.
Water pressure coming into our house is too high. Plumber recommended we report this issue to the city. Water pressure is in the 90's and we are concerned it will ruin our water heater, washer, or other major appliances.
We have no running water at our townhouse. Bill was paid on 12/26. No way to connect to an operator to report the problem. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
