My guess is you are aware that: (1) Driving west on 17th there is a small no left turn sign. (2) Drivers (to be kind) apparently aren't seeing the sign (surely they aren't ignoring it). Anyway, it is causing some big backups at times. I was there twice today and both times someone waited to turn left onto College. Not sure it is solveable, but hopefully there is something.

Somebody dumped a large shopping cart on the roundabout where W 17th meets Arlington Rd. It has a used tire and a big bag full of junk that is now strewn around.
