Cars are constantly parked in the road and public right of way all day and night. Always along W Gourley Pike, across from the kinser apartments. This is a bad look, nuisance, and is not permitted but keeps being allowed to exist in a very public space where visitors from out of town see as they drive in. Please remove these cars before they do more damage to the surrounding sidewalks or cause an accident from a blocked roadway.
The owners of 209 Rockwood Crescent Court have had their pit bull escape the house on multiple occasions in the last few months and the dog had made threatening growls/posturing/charging towards the kids playing outside in the court. Most recently the dog on 10/10/2022 escaped and ran at a 4 year old neighbor and knocked him down and I had to intercept the boy and carry him to safety. At any point of the afternoon there can be between 1 and 8 young kids playing outside and this aggressive dog is an extreme hazard given his willingness to charge at children and due to the deadly nature of the pit bull breed. He is not suited to live in a family neighborhood. They are currently installing a fence but this dog has escaped from the front door and garage to charge and I don’t believe any level of remediation will make it safe for this dog to live in the neighborhood.
I would like to know when the barrier and repair of water turn off in from of my house will be repaired. It has been several years and thereis a big hole in the area with a barrier, however, I hope no one falls in it. I think it is time to repair or whatever you are going to do with the hold. it has been years now

Four way stop at E. Longview and N. Glenwood West. Issue: vehicles fail to fully stop at stop signs. Hazard and safety concern for pedestrians and park users in this four-way stop location. Request: Mark stripes at each stop sign where vehicles are to fully stop. This to cause some attention to this stop sign issue where folks roll through and sometimes do not stop this causing danger for park users in the "hill area" chasing a ball and small children. Just requesting four bold stripes to delineate the stop sign marking on the street to emphasize the requirement to stop. Please reply so I know that you have received this request. Thank you on behalf of me and Park Ridge neighbors.
Traffic Calming maintenance request: street markings and posts beside each traffic bump need refresh. Streets: E. Longview, Morningside Drive, N. Glenwood west and east. All traffic calming bumps need the striping repainted to mark the bump. All bumps need the poles and reflectors checked. Some poles missing, many reflectors damaged/missing. This has caused a hazard for vehicles who do not see the bumps due to faded markings and the vehicles traveling too fast and potential damage to vehicles. The marking DID get refreshed this past summer on parts of Morningside, thanks! Now we need similar action on E. Longview and the two Glenwood sections. I have submitted similar requests in the past but do not see them on file except for one for a missing post (2014). Please followup as this area (E. Longview) is an important connector to the City bike paths that connect to the Polly Grimshaw trail. Thank you - Park Ridge Neighborhood Association/Steve Akers
