Can anything be done to discourage residents at olypimus properties on the corner of N.Fairview & 15th st to stop using my property as their dogs spot to urinate & dedicate? Their website says they have a no dog policy.
Neighbor at this location continues to ground feed animals (not birds). This week she’s put out cheese balls and tiny marshmallows. Rodents and many deer are being attracted. Has been previously reported. 212 n Sheffield , Park Ridge East
Residents have two very large dogs, which they let out of the house unleashed. Yard is not fenced. Last night they attacked another dog in the neighborhood.
(RE) I live in Hoosier Court Apartments and my window faces the apartment complex across the street. I have seen tenants of the apartment on the bottom level throw their dogs out of the window to use the bathroom, rather than taking them outside. They will dump the dog, and then scream at them to hurry up. If the dog is just sitting there, they get pretty violent. They will scream some more. If a dog is not listening, the husband/dad will come out and smack the dog. All of them yell viciously at these animals. I’ve seen five different dogs be thrown out the window. I also have seen a cat. On top of them screaming and hitting their dogs, it is worrisome that they can’t even take the effort to take the dogs outside, so it is doubtful they are taking much care of them at all. It is the first floor, 1st and 2nd apartment from the right in the photo (it’s a dual unit). I have acquired a video and can attempt to get an address tomorrow. There is no admission box for a video so please reach out with an email and I can send it
We have complained about this before, but nothing was done. The dumpster in the parking lot has a large hole on the east side near the bottom, ostensibly for drainage. However, it is large enough for rats to enter and exit, which they do to feast at night. There are *always* rats running around the parking lot because of this. They live in the little caves right behind the dumpster. Please do *not* poison or trap the rats. Rather, we would like the hole sealed up so that the rats will no longer have an endless source of food and will move somewhere else. This seems like a simple fix. What do we have to do to get someone to listen?
: A dead possum is lying on the sidewalk in front of this house.
There is a dead opossum is the road in front. It is beginning to stink.
None of the sidewalks (where they even exist) on 17th 18th and 19th street between Dunn and walnut have curb drops. In addition, the sidewalks are completely unkempt and in places unusable. As a wheelchair user who works at City Hall, this poses a major threat to my wellbeing when trying to walk to work or elsewhere in the community.
Side walk completely covered by bush. Must walk into the street to pass. House Faces Kirkwood directly next to Rose hill cemetery. Directly behind Bloomington parks and red house.
