There is a homeless camp located between Old SR 37 and North Walnut, just north of 45. The entrance is on Old 37 as you head down into Lower Cascades Park. I witnessed multiple individuals entering the area on Saturday afternoon. With a social distancing guidelines in place, it seems like an encampment is a disaster waiting to happen.

The sewer lines for 2201, 2203, and 2207 connect together and then jointly connect to city sewer. As this was done sometime in the 1950s, is this up to current city codes? Over the past few years there have been a few sewer back-ups as a result of all lines being connected. Is there a grant available to the homeowners that will allow each of them to disconnect from each other and connect to city sewer individually? The bike path on the side of Arlington Ave. between 17th and North st. has some very rough sections and pot holes that hold water making navigation difficult and dangerous after a storm.
