Hello we are having a serious problem with our neighbor across the street leaving their down off leash , as well as not putting their dog on a runner lead. Which stops the dog from going into other people yards. Our dog has almost gotten hurt because their dog runs into our yard and she gets tangled up on her leash and it has caused her to cry in pain . Last night when we asked our neighbors to come get their dog so we can bring our dog out to go the bathroom we were ignored and they refused to get their dog . This is escalated to almost a physical altercation. I will like to file a complaint and have someone come out because this is against the law and I don’t want anyone to get hurt .

On August 18th at around 8:15pm, two female puppies at Rev Earnest D. Butler Park were roaming free without a collar. The two dogs then followed my dog and I back to my home. I then loaded the dogs in my car and drove back to the park area and surrounding streets in hopes of finding someone looking for two lost dogs, but I found no one. I then went to the Bloomington " Animal lost and found" Facebook page and discovered that these dogs were found loose on August 1st, 2023, and returned to the owner (no name provided on the post). I then posted about the found dogs on the facebook page last night, to which the alleged owner, Nicole Lynn Davis, replied the following day around 11am and requested I call her immediately so that she can retrieve them. I have contacted the owner, but she has yet to reply. The phone number she provided is 812-509-4809. Assuming the owner respondes, I am concerned that I will be returning these dogs back into the hands of neglectful and irresponsible owners. These dogs are afraid to leave my side and seemed very relieved upon allowing them into my home.

The neighbors dog is consistently outside unattended and is aggressive towards the occupants at 5008 Harvest Ct. There have been several close calls with the dog attempting to bite. To establish a record I am asking for assistance. The latest incident was today (9/6/2023) at approximately 8:26. The driver, Jordy Wittmer, provided a video to me of which the attached picture was taken. I am the owner of the home at 5008 and Mr. Wittmer is one of my tenets. There is at least one skunk living under the boardwalk/under the playground at Building Trades Park. Seen it multiple times in the last week or two. Lots of dogs and cats in the neighborhood -- worry it'll spray someone/someone's pet.
