Roughly 1640 S Dorchester Dr, west side of road has large, sweeping hole that has reached the sub-grade. Other holes beginning to form further south on S Dorchester Dr on the east side of the road.

I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize and thank Ms. Edie Henderson in the Bloomington Water Utilities Billing Dept. She is an asset to the city and all the patrons like me. Edie has been extremely helpful whenever I have approached her with a query. She is a truly phenomenal person who is dedicated to her job. She always goes above and beyond to assist over the years whenever we had a question. We thank her for her efforts and highly recommend her seniors to recognize Edie too for her outstanding work. Majority of streets and drain culverts in Park Ridge East addition need repair/repaved. There are areas on Saratoga which are really bad. Stretch of road in front of my house consistently fills up with road debris and water. Really hoping the streets in the addition could be repaved rather than filling potholes that end up re-occurrng due to poor drainage.

No signage at left turn on 17th Street indicating Jackson Street road closure. Dangerous for cars turning left from 17th Street.

A scooter has been parked on the sidewalk in front of my house, blocking the sidewalk, and making my yard mowing task more difficult. Another scooter has been left on the sidewalk 2 doors from me, and has been there for a week.
