You cannot see the stop sign at the intersection of North Grant and 16th Street due to overgrown tree blocking it. I didn’t see it (before taking this photo, then I came back) and ran the stop sign. Luckily nobody was coming but it is an accident waiting to happen.
Intersection of 10th / Grant streets is degrading, especially on the north edge. With some attention now, further decline could be prevented.
Streetlight out at 10th and Grant
Overgrown and downed trees, weeds, yard. No apparent tenant for at least more than two years. We are unable to contact the owner.
Neighbor does not cut grass or clean up debris from storms. This grass is now about 2 feet in height in some areas of the front and back yard.
After a storm 2 months ago, neighbor has yet to clean up all the tree debris. We constantly have to move the branches/trees back on to the yard because it moves into our street where we cannot drive.
Potholes and crumbling pavement. ON Stonegate Dr and Stonegate Ct, requesting repairs in Stonegate Addition if not repaired soon the streets will get worse.
Hydrant at Sheffield and Morningside is leaking.
Fire hydrant was recently replaced in front yard. Big hole was dug as part of the work. Was filled in (Friday?). Ground where dug now is several inches obviously below rest of ground level. Assuming settled with aid of rain. Needs leveled.
Area near the hydrant replacement remains significantly depressed. Is a trip/fall hazard. I was waiting to see if grass would sprout and what that effect would be, but exceptionally minimal grass has grown despite significant moisture and coverage. 4021 E. Morningside Drive
