So you all going to come cut the 4 foot tall grass coming up through the sidewalks on the Maple Heights bridge or you just gonna wait another year to maintain this area like usual? You know what would be cool is if you all actually maintained the town instead of relying on people to contact you. Here's a thought: make a grid of the town, have people regularly check certain sections more than just once a year or never, and when you spot something fix it. Another thought: perhaps you all need better management.

This asshole has been leaving their trash out on the sidewalk for weeks now. lid is always open and trash scattered around

Unit 3351 another trash bag. I have reported this multiple times to property management company and / or City. I demand to see either a written warning or ticket. I live in filth in this 1,000 square foot condo for $150,000 it’s not fair to me my child or wildlife. I want an email with citation information

Sidewalks were recently replaced on two blocks of west 13th. But one half block from Fairview west to the next East-West alley was untouched. This is what it looks like. A neighbor living on this block is in a wheelchair. The sidewalk is unsafe and not navigable. Why was this half block omitted in the much needed replacement?

Good Morning, My name is Lauren and I am the Facilities Manager at Middle Way House. Due to the nature of our work I am requesting that Lime not stage their scooters on our property. We do what we can to limit the public from loitering around our buildings. I have filled out a form on Lime’s website but wanted to follow up with you all as well. Homeless encampment at inner tree line of Bryan Park, near youngest kid playground area and restrooms. This should not be allowed. Leaves kids, families, and general public feel unsafe and unable to utilize the park to its full capacity l, as our taxes pay for. The general public is sympathetic to the transient population, but individuals should not be subjected to tents, clothes, needles, etc. being parked all the time in this park and all parks for that matter. There has been an uptick in homeless encampments across town.

The owner has two large dogs (black large dog and a boxer). They are left outside all the time, and they are barking at all hours. There is a fence in the backyard, but the owner has taken it apart, and the dogs get out and roam the neighborhood. This morning, the black dog was on a leash that got tangled around the boxer. The boxer was in distress. This goes on all the time, and the dogs are being mistreated and neglected.

Last summer a pipe broke behind my trailer and it was a few days before the city could get it fixed. This ended up making my foundation fall, floors rot, and other water damage issues that are now coming to light. I have had a contractor come in and look. He states that it was due to the flooding the broken pipe caused that the city too so long to fix. I would like someone to contact me regarding this issue. I have more pictures.

There is a pit bull dog at this house which is a threat to public safety. The dog has run at me on the street while I'm walking by. Also, this dog barks extremely loudly at 5:45 am and keeps my elderly husband from sleeping through the night.

Not sure if this is should be addressed to the city or county but the sidewalk on the south side of Tapp Rd between I-69 and the Clear Creek trail has tree branches that are blocking the sidewalk making it impossible to use. The branches need to be trimmed way back.
