Hi, the street tree (Ash) in front of 3111 S Mulberry Lane (Northwest of the driveway) has many low hanging branches that especially when the leaves come back in the spring, which bring the branches even lower, they interfere with pedestrian passing on the side walk or delivery trucks/SUVs passing on the street, potentially also interfere with SUVs driving into/out of the driveway. Can you send a crew to prune the low hanging branches off so that it is safer for trucks/pedestrians to pass? This light on the corner is not working. I’ve reported it before and Duke came out. I tried to report it again yesterday, but their website said it was working and wouldn’t let me report it. It is _not_ working. If they had come out after dark they would have seen it. I’m alone and my neighbor has found syringes in the thicket along his property line between him and the railroad track. Lime scooters have been thrown on the edge of my property and have been left there for over a week. I would like someone to come remove them. I am 80 years old and I try to take care of my property but I cannot move them myself. They should only be allowed to be parked on public property, not private property.

I was walking on the sidewalk near 4th and walnut and 5 scooter riders rode by me and one ran me over! I thought there were supposed to be restrictions on where scooters could be ridden and parked. I frequently see them parked in handicapped ramps. They are polluting our city and making it less accessible.

The street between 1709 Circle Dr and 1805 E Southdowns Dr (next house to the east) has been constantly wet for approximately 2-3 months. Water is evident on the street and in the yard immediately surrounding it to the point that there's always a pool of water 2-3 feet from the curb.
