I am a Certified Arborist through the I.S.A. While inspecting trees for Dr. John Labbon today at 2736 E. Brig's Bend I noticed that the city Maple tree to the right of the driveway entrance has co-dominant leaders. The 2 leads are already splitting and the smaller lead will fall onto the city sidewalk where a person walked by while I was doing the tree inspection. Dr. Labbon would like the tree removed. White Toyota sedan car alarm goes off constantly all day for several minutes for the past 3 months. If this is a mechanical issue, it should be fixed by now. The dogs in the neighborhood and the residents at home are constantly bothered by the noise.

There needs to be an I 69 sign here at the corner of Tapp Rd and Leonards Springs for motorists traveling north on Leonard Springs Rd. There is one for motorists traveling south on Leonard Springs but not one for those traveling North. With lots of new people moving here it would be very helpful.

Resident at 2730 N. Smith Pike leaves 2 pitbull mix dogs unattended in non-fenced backyard, dogs are very protective and are often left to roam the neighborhood unleashed and unattended. These dogs are constantly entering multiple neighbors yards, barking, stopping traffic on N. Smith Pike. Someone has already called the Sheriff to speak to owner about this issue.
