in the back end of our property we have a storm Storm pipe set up between me and my neighbor. This past weekend we had a storm where the pipe was pushing out alot of water causing it to cave in the ground and crowding the sides of the channel. It has been causing the sides to collapse and making the channel wider taking from the land. I placed some rocks to keep the storm water from damaging the channel last year. yet We will need to add some extra rocks to hold it in place since it can't withstand the pressure as shown in the attached image. The City cut down one of the ash trees in front of our house, but one one ever came back to remove the stump or replace the tree. The other ash trees in our neighborhood were cut down and the stump was removed and the tree was replaced. Will our stump get removed?

Our ticket #175393 was closed. It states that the tree cut down by the city could not be replaced due to utility issues. We are ok with that and fully understand. However, is it possible for the stump to be removed? We keep cutting the new growth on the top of the stump, but it does not look very good.

Tree to the left of the drive way along the street possibly has the emerald ash borer disease. Part of it is dead. Possible hazard of falling or spreading the disease to other trees.

I have had CBU for 2 years my water bill never exceeded $50. My utility bill this month was increased 50% to $100. I am a senior citizen I have not changed my water or sewer usage. I would like to know why such a large increase. Please advise Vera Gayheart 43951-013
