As of Wednesday afternoon, 2/17/2021, our cul-de-sac has not been plowed from the Sunday to Monday heavy snowfall. Our neighbors do have 2 cars parked in the cul-de-sac. Perhaps this is why our street has not been paved yet? The rest of Jalen Court has been paved, just not our end of the cul-de-sac. Thank you.

The city removed a tree along the street several years ago due to ash borer beetles, and never came back to grind the stump down. They ground the stump on all the other trees in our neighborhood. Can someone please come back to finish the job? It is next to the mailbox of 2721 between ours and our neighbors property. Thank you!

Phoenix company truck left abandoned in Best Buy parking lot on 2-9-23, confirmed with camera. Has not moved since. Now has flat tires and damage since dumped.

Pothole in the middle of the parking lot. Absolutely unacceptable and should have been taken care of as soon as it happened. Got a flat tire and now have to pay for an all new tire!!!! In the parking lot of the CVS/Aldi plaza.

There are 3 dogs tied up 2 doors down. They put them out early in the morning and they bark all day long all evening long. They bark constantly. We can hear them in our home all the time. There are 2 Ash trees that need to be removed due to the amount of large dead limbs. There are many cars parked on the street that are in danger of having the limbs fall on them. The trees are streetside and fall between 2723 & 2719 S. Pinehurst Drive.

in the back end of our property we have a storm Storm pipe set up between me and my neighbor. This past weekend we had a storm where the pipe was pushing out alot of water causing it to cave in the ground and crowding the sides of the channel. It has been causing the sides to collapse and making the channel wider taking from the land. I placed some rocks to keep the storm water from damaging the channel last year. yet We will need to add some extra rocks to hold it in place since it can't withstand the pressure as shown in the attached image.
