multiple empty lots on summitt st between 11th and cottage grove being used as encampment...massive garbage piles spilling out into street, fires burning in woods hazard to surrounding woods and homes catching fire
The door latch on the porter pottie has broken. The door can’t lock now. This is at Winslow Woods. Plus, there is a syringe and plastic bottles in the toilet bowl! Please put a trash can and sharps container in this porter pottie.
The street lamp at the corner of Adams St and Woodhill Dr (at the west entrance to the WestPointe neighborhood) isn't working.
Street light is out at the corner of S Olcott Blvd and South Ct.
Despite the city's high-level promotion of leaf mulching for the sake of saving time, energy, money, and the environment, the city continues to deploy teams of city workers to rake, blow, and bag leaves along the B-line trail. I would hope that the city would set a better example by implementing its own climate recommendations for its citizens in maintaining city and public land.
The sidewalk from here all the way to the pedestrian crossing at Olcott sucks. It's an awful garbage sidewalk. There's been several reports about it being unsafe, and it's constantly blocked by vegetation. It's narrow and precipitous in places. Anything wider than a sedan risks clipping pedestrians.
The eastbound Lane of Patterson has several drain grates, around each of which the asphalt is significantly damaged and potholes are forming
People walking north along the b line often walk along the left hand side of the bridge ramp to get to the Patterson sidewalk, might it be a good idea to pave this? There is a dirt path formed in the grass here.
On E Second Street there is a sidewalk under repair since at least last spring. The place is marked with stakes and yellow tape. You cannot walk on that sidewalk without having to step into the road. I specifically am thinking about the danger for mail carriers. The address of the house, though, is 602 High Street. It is the corner house. Whose responsibility is it to finish the repairs: the city's or the home owner's?
