Illegal Discharge (Storm Sewers)

Water is slowly but continuosly leaking from the house at 501 South Mitchell across the Eastside neighborhood pocket park into the storm water runoff ditch. The leak location is close to the house's sewer cleanout and so possibly a sewage leak.

Press to walk button at intersection of Covenanter and College Mall Road does not work. You can not safely cross and have to simply wait till there is a gap in the traffic.

Potholes, Other Street Repair

On S High Street, adjacent to the back yard of 2102 E Wimbleton there is a footpath that has had some orange safety barriers on it for who knows how long. Are there any plans to fix that fence? It looks like someone ran into it ages ago.
