The individual living at 1316 South Palmer always has tons of trash on his front porch and in his driveway. As homeowners living (and paying taxes) in this neighborhood, we would really appreciate it if the city of Bloomington required this individual to clean up the yard and maintain the house.

At the intersection of East Arden Dr, and Sycamore Ct., a cover used to prevent construction debris from entering the storm sewer inlet has yet to be picked up. It may pose a traffic or pedestrian hazard. Thank you.

The city's garbage and recycling trucks are tearing up the circular median between 500 and 501 South Arbutus because they are too large to turn around in the cul-de-sac. I have reported this issue several times.
I can arrange with the other residents of our street to put all of our garbage and recycling bins on either the east or west side of the street (whichever is preferred by the truck drivers) to make this easier so that they can back in or back out of the street rather than trying to turn around. Please let me know if you would like for us to do this.

Greetings: I am the Director of the Farmer House Museum and I would like to address the safety concern in our ally that connect between Morton and College at 10th Street. I have a detailed video taken by our board member that shows the area of concern and safety. We have applied for an AARP grant to secure funding to repair and update the parking pad and the alley inbetween the Woodburn House and the Farmer House museum. At the Farmer House Museum we cannot repair the edges of our parking pad without the evaluation from the City of Bloomington. Thank you for your time and consideration. Hi. The map location link on the Lion’s Den Shelter in Upper Cascades Park is incorrect. It navigates to somewhere in Martinsville. I have the correct Google Maps coordinates here (as I will be hosting a birthday party at the shelter in May): 39.2032964,-86.5395028 .

Chimney at 628 E University is dropping rocks on our property at 630 E University St (you have our permission to inspect our property which is east of 628). After numerous requests to the property managers to fix this issue since Fall of 2021, and multiple requests by the City for them to fix it (beginning in January of 2022), it is still in disrepair and dropping rock on our property. One incident of major concern is a rock hit our gas valve and broke it. Gas was leaking. Gas company had to fix. Rocks are landing by our windows at ground level. We are in fear of our dogs being hit and us being hit in our yard. Please help us with this matter. High winds and storms during this season is making this, to us, an urgent matter.

The garbage trucks keep damaging the road in front of E 3425 Adair Ln (see attached picture taken on April 8, 2022). You patched the hole in November 2020 and May/June 2021, but the problem is not getting better. The asphalt that's piling up is not only an eye sore, but also a real safety hazard. Is there a way to provide a more permanent fix? For example, by first removing a larger area of the old surface cover and adding a stronger foundation/base layer before applying a new surface cover? Thanks for your consideration.
