A neighbor has three dogs. They all are aggressive and have attempted to attack my dogs or myself on multiple occasions. In the past two days two of the dogs have attacked my dogs unprovoked while in our backyard and on my front porch. They never have the dogs on leashes except the most aggressive one, but even when on leashes they are unsupervised. The past two occasions the dogs have not been on leashes at all, and entirely unsupervised. I have to walk past their porch in order to go onto my own. They can reach both me and my dogs even when leashed on their porch, making me unable to take my own dogs out or leave my home. While they have attacked, pinned down and snapped at my dogs many times, they have not left any serious injuries/cuts/abrasions because I’ve fought or scared them off in time. I don’t know if you can do anything but I don’t want to wait until there is a time I don’t get there fast enough or I can’t fight them off and they really hurt my dogs before I call animal control. I live in Maple Heights and due to the taste and smell of the water I have had to buy bottled water especially for my dogs who refuse to drink it. Also, my clothes were smelling bad as I don't use scented detergent or dryer sheets, so I have had to take all my clothes to dry cleaning. Where should I send the bill? I am not getting the product I pay you for!

Water I know we are told that the water, despite tasting horrible, is safe; but I wonder if for some of us, there is esophageal damage being done. I have a discomfort in my esophagus that seems not the same as acid reflux and not really familiar. Please, can you put your focus not on densification or even getting rid of hazardous plants, but on such basics as having safe water, and water that at least with a routine kind of home filter arrangement is drinkable? I am sure this is affecting the health of a great many of us, if not directly, indirectly because the water is so repulsive that we may be drinking too little. I actually gagged while brushing my teeth.

Cars are parked on unimproved surface on Monday, 9/5 at 11:00 AM. This is not entirely their fault, as there is no room to park on the street - it would be very helpful for residents if the city improved the street and shoulder of Palmer Ave on the 1300 and 1400 blocks to make parking safer. Because this is a rental property, and there is also a car in the garage, totally 4 cars on the property, HAND should also investigate if there are more than 3 unrelated adults living at this property.

The vegetation obstructing the sidewalk on the Maxwell side of the house has been successfully cut down. But the groundcover still occupies about a third of the width of the sidewalk. Please ask the homeowner to edge or pull up the weeds so that we can use the full width of the sidewalk on Maxwell.
