Overgrowth of yard, it has been reported several times and still nothing has been done to address the issue
Lots of excessive front yard and back yard growth. The back yard also contains a myriad of trash items such as old toilets which have been collecting water. My pest control company says mosquitoes won't get better here until something is done over there.
Animals (horse and sheep) being kept in front yard of unoccupied home without shelter from weather, sun and extreme temperatures. Does not appear to be water available. Small roaming area with electric fence. The horse today, is standing under the overhang against the house for shade.
Alley & property easement has been barricaded with 2 fences denying only access to rear of 317 W 14th St. Also denying children straight path to MCYM and Junior High School. Was blocked gated to “keep habitat people from walking by property” 910 N Madison.
At the intersection of Patterson and 2nd street on the southwest corner, there's a tall patch of grass that's a traffic and pedestrian hazard.
The evergreen bush on the NW Corner of 7th and Morton needs to be removed or severely trimmed. You cannot see pedestrians standing on that corner.
All the new trees planted in the bike lane median on West 7th between Morton and College are dead.
On S Walnut Street, in front of the Herald Times, in the southbound lane there is a large pot hold. On Country Club Dr between Rockport and Rogers, there are numerous potholes. The intersection of S High Street and E 3rd St, near Binford Elementary, needs to be repaved. Thanks!
A month ago, I sent in a uReport - https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=180147 and I haven't heard anything about it. In the past month, the vegetation is covering more of the multiuse path.
909 and 917 W Cardinal Court Neither property owner has mowed their property on the south side of the "creek" in 2022. Grass, weeds, and overgrowth are now as tall as the fences of the owners who DO maintain their properties on the south side of the creek. Multiple uReports were submitted against 909 W Cardinal Court in 2021 for this same issue and nothing was done (the debris remains today, with animals using it as their den). This complaint is being filed by multiple property owners on Countryside Lane.
