Bicyclists, skateboarders who pass walkers unannounced, catching.walkers off guard and nearly grazing them. Some shout "Passing on the left", which I always acknowledge. But, too few do so. I suggest signs along trails to affirm and require this simple act of trail etiquette. We are frequent walkers on the B-line and we think Switchyard Park is a wonderful addition to Bloomington. I wish to report this as a "noise violation" to Capt. Pedigo. I think he will understand this report. There is a very loud red Dodge pickup truck that parks along the northbound side of Lindbergh St. The loudness of the truck is a massive disturbance to myself and the neighborhood. Why? He comes and goes all day and into the night. Back and forth and back and forth. Around and around and around. That much travel in and out of our neighborhood doesn't make for a very peaceful life here. Not only does he come and go constantly, but he revs the engine which is loud just by itself, and often peals out. It's a red Dodge pickup truck, badly beat up with a mismatched right rear wheel. It's extremely loud and disturbs the peace. Could you check into it for us? Thank you.
Couldn't figure out how to edit case#177072 to include location. This is the location of the alley way that scrapes all our cars. Van scrapes front and back end trying to get up it to our driveway. South madison entrance of the alley way between 1117 s rogers and 1115 s rogers.
Tree limbs and vines hanging VERY low into traffic flow which could cause vehicle damage.

The stretch of Hillside between High and Henderson is dangerous for all modes of transportation - there is no safe place to make a left-hand turn from any intersection north or south, especially at rush hours. At least one or more signals and/or 4way stops are needed. Please don't wait for accidents to happen to address the problem. thank you
