There is an accumulation of sticks, trash, and general debris that has dammed the stream running alongside the B-Link Trail, approx. 600 feet from S Walnut Street. As of late, whenever we experience heavy rains, the water floods onto the trail itself, as photographed.

At the end of the B-Link trail, where it crosses Walnut into Switchyard Park, there is a button activated crosswalk.
This has been up for quite some time now, and yet everytime I'm at this crossing and have the green signal I still have close calls with vehicles that blow right through the red. Maybe this would be a good spot for some enforcement action from the Police?

There is a pedestrian activated crossing from the Switchyard park over to the B-Link Trail on South Walnut. Activating the signal triggers a red light for traffic on South Walnut, but I constantly have issues here with traffic blowing through the red light, often at high speeds.
Is there anything that can be done to make this crossing safer for pedestrians and cyclists?

One of the two very large trees bordering the street appears diseased and dying. It is dropping branches often. The tree is also right above a crucial storm drain and the debris is clogging the drain often.

A tree is down across the trail between the roundabout and Victor, closer to Victor. There’s another one further north partly across the trail.

Hello! I am a representative of the Bloomington Highlands HOA, and it has been a concern of many neighbors in our neighborhood that people are parking along our streets to access the Clear Creek trail. It is especially problematic at the entrance to our neighborhood along W. Hennessey St. and up S. McDougal St. Could Parks and Rec post signage along the trail and within our neighborhood explaining that parking is permitted at the trail entrance and not within our neighborhood? Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Kind regards - Anna Bragin; Member At Large; Bloomington Highlands HOA

There’s a map that says this tree is on city property. I submitted a request to Duke to remove limbs over the power line to the street light. They cut off a couple of small branches but left branches that pull on the wire when it’s windy. The tree leans over the wire. The part of the tree over the wire should be taken down. It’s a mulberry.
