Tall grass - Parker rental

Case Date:

Property is regularly overgrown with invasive, noxious plants such as tree of heaven. Parker management openly admits that they do not regularly mow or shovel sidewalks for their properties, and will only do so if they receive a complaint. We hope that HAND chooses to issue fines rather than warnings for this company's rentals. They know better, but just choose to disregard responsibility and decency.

My neighbor at 803 Parmon has started throwing rotten food out in his yard. I'm not talking about bread I'm talking about trash, rotten fruit and the such. It has gotten to the point where the animals are dragging it to the street and to my yard. There also the concern of rodents and with warmer weather coming the door will be horrible. He's not approachable

Utility Construction Projects

806 S Woodlawn AVE

Case Date:
5/3/2024

The portion of my property with a utilities right of way and that I am maintain is now blocked in a hazardous way. I open my gate as of yesterday May 2, 2024 to a deep 2-3 foot hole that now has 2 large pipes sticking up above ground level constituting a direct hazard to my rightful access. The company (Flagship Underground-phone: 773-964-9045) claims to be laying fiberoptic cable and said they were trying to locate the sewer and gas lines. What can you do to have these pipes moved and/or buried so that they not blocking my gate and presenting a tripping and access hazard? Thank you, Martha Nyikos
