I live at 1327 S. Sheridan Drive. Earlier this a week a large orange "Road Construction Ahead" sign was place in front of my house, very close to our driveway. THe construction has been finished and the two same kind of signs a block down from my house have been removed. But not the sign in front in my house. Today I've decided to complain about an issue I started regularly noticing months ago. Whoever is now collecting trash &/or recycling on our street, S. Eagleson Av, in the section between 2nd and Sheridon, is routinely dumping the recepticals on their sides on the ground whereever convenient. (See photo) This morning they left my neighor's on the ground blocking the entry way to our common driveway. When I came to move it, I realized they had also broken the lid. Then as I drove south on S.Eagleson, I saw that this was done all the way to Sheridan, where I assume the truck turned. At least half the bins were on their sides, some in the street. I took four photos the whole way, as well as two of my neigbor's receptical- Unfortunately your portal only allows a single photo, but I have all the others. Please address this situation. There is no reason the recepticals can't be placed upright, but at least they should be neither broken nor left on their sides in the street, on a sidewalk or in the entrance to a driveway. There is a street light at the corner of E 1st Street and Eagleson Ave. It appears to have been hit hard by a vehicle. The pole is damaged, and the pole is leaning over. Please have someone correct this problem.

There is a red Volvo hatchback car that has not moved from this location for over a month. The plates on it expired in Jan 2021. It is totally full of junk like someone lives in it but nobody ever touches it and no neighbors claim it.

The growth on this wire has caused the bottom wire to sag a lot. Not sure which wire this is or how to tackle the growth. It’s behind my house at 1324 e allendale and between the neighbors.

Leaves and trash clutter North Adams Street near the Indiana Railroad Tressel. The leaves on West 8th Street are a safety hazard.

Street lane and parking lines are mostly faded and some completely gone. Requesting repainting of lines on S Dunn St between Hillside and Grimes.
