An area of new sod immediately adjacent to the sidewalk and between the sidewalk and street has collapsed (in some places to a depth of 9 inches) in such a way that it is unsafe for bicyclists or pedestrians who may veer off the sidewalk even very briefly. We believe this sod was laid after the ground was dug for installation of the fiber cable for Gigabit Now. We (University Baptist Church) are not certain of the best agency to contact about the problem, and we are hoping that you will either take care of it or direct us to the correct people to contact. If someone chooses to respond to this concern by phone, please note that we have very limited office hours, but they could leave a voice message. Email is actually best. Thank you! This renter from Venezuela does not understand laws in America whatsoever. He stole my Son’s bike 4 years ago because it was not locked at the moment and he said in Venezuela if it was not locked anyone could have it. His friend almost killed me speeding through the 3- way stop sign at night. I don’t care if people roll through it but he was flying and didn’t even look. He now has a licensed motorcycle parked in the back patio. What if he hit or scared a pet or Child moving it to the back? It also invicites a feeling of impending crime ( stolen motorcycle). I want this report to remain ANONYMOUS.

Utility contractor is using rebar rods for safety fencing around open holes along side walk but they are not using rebar caps on top of the rebar which poses an impailment hazard if someone was to fall into the rebar

Person has been living on the curb for roughly 10 days with several carts of belongings and a dog that jumps out barking at people as they walk by on the sidewalk. While the person generally stays on the part of the curb that is not the sidewalk, this can't be permitted to take place in a safe and civil city.

Where the Southeast park/renwick trail runs parallel to hillside/east Moores there needs to be some kind of barrier between the road and the pedestrians. The speed limit is 30 but the average speed of traffic is 45-50

The sidewalk on the NE corner of Forrest and 11 is not accessible. It has a severely steep grade and bank (one corner is much higher than the opposite). I would not travel along the block on the North side of 11 between Forrest and Walnut Grove because of it.

At the Corner of S Clarizz and E Goodnight Way there are new curbs installed so that you can cross the road. There are major apartment complexes on the west side of Clarizz blvd that use this crossing area frequently. As Clarizz Blvd is quite hilly it is extremely dangerous to cross in this area, often you cannot see traffic coming and traffic does not stop as there is not a formal crosswalk here. It would be great if you could install a painted cross walk at minimum for a crossing like this.
