Sewer is backing up into the basement of the home. The plumber ran 100 ft of sewer cable through the basement cleanout. Pulled back wipes and roots. Line not open. Tested line by flushing toilet and running kitchen sink. Line tested bad. There’s only 55 ft from basement drain to middle of the street. Plumber ran 100ft of Sewer cable without meeting obstruction.

There is a tree that broke to the North side of the New Hope Roof building. The neighbor says it is not on their property so it might be on a city alley. Please confirm if this is a city responsibility.
