i have been calling your office and you guys never answer that phone you say you come to patrol and you dont come to the place either and the dog at apartment 1157 south basswood cir is crying and barking all day i am disappointed that you dont do anything , the dog is going to die and you never come. A large storm sewer grate has been removed and apparently thrown down into the hole created. It appears to be vandalism. We have placed 2 saw horses on either side as a temporary warning. It is unsafe and needs to be addressed no later than Monday morning.

During this past weekend's storms, a tree on city owned property fell and damaged our fence. The tree also damaged an adjoining fence on coty owned property. We have taken pictures, moved the tree and crudely sealed the fences well enough to keep the dog in the yard. What are our next steps?
