While this area is under construction, I wonder if you could fix the drainage on northwest corner of the intersection of 6th and Adams. The storm drain sits slightly above the pavement on one corner. The intersection itself may also be below grade. The intersection collects an inch or two of water when it rains.
If you could add this to your patch list, it would be great: Woodlawn from First Street all the way to Atwater, multiple potholes.
