This abandoned trailer home is accross the street from me. Ive noticed homeless people going there after dark with their possessions in shopping carts, etc. since the structure is falling apart and frequented b the homeless I consider it unsafe and should be removed before someone gets hurt. The people there in the middle if the night are often noisy.

It is past 30 days to when many of us first learned of this. Since the clearing of the camps at Switchyard there is much more activity at this property. There is a person sleeping in their black car in the driveway. There are people on bikes in and out throughout the day and night. There are dogs without leashes. There are people yelling. The Tenants are running a very large and loud generator from 8am-11pm, so they're aware of the rules. This means no power. From what I understand, they also haven't had water in almost a year. Check previous reports to follow up on that. All of this is causing significant distress and potential health hazards to the surrounding residents. This is a nuisance and a safety concern for everyone. These tenants and the state of the building detracts from the character and well-being of the neighborhood, and despite numerous complaints, no change has been made.

There is trash pile around the house. The yard isn't mowed. It is vacant and people are slipping in and out of the house. Rats have been viewed running from the property.
Bamboo overgrowth 1115 W 6th Street's SouthEast corner fence line is spilling over to easements of the three adjacent neighbors yards and easements. In addition to the rampant spread of this address's bamboo cluster, there is very serious concern that the utility pipes, water and gas lines, that run along the easements will be damaged or impinged upon. There is a city policy that overgrowth in yard cannot exceed a height of 8". Some of this bamboo overgrowth is over 15 feet! I love plants and I don't want to have bad relations with my neighbors, but bamboo is a terrifyingly overly successful plant species that belongs in a container. After hearing a story about bamboo on WFIU, I was heartened to learn that there might be some support from the city to help with this very insistent bamboo problem.
We are in parkview apartments at 1700 N Walnut Street. There is no hot water since about 10 days. There is no heating since a week. And from two days, there is not even water. We called and contacted the property management many times, and each they say that the issue will fixed within a day or two. They have broken boilers as shown in the pictures and they are not putting appropriate effort to fix them, or even better, replace them with new ones since they are very old. Yesterday they tried to fix them and all apartments in the building ended up with no water at all. We need immediate action from your side to get the management working on these issues. The apartments are managed by varsity properties in Bloomington Indiana

this rental house is a disgrace to the neighborhood the house is vacant & the lawn has not been cut this year please notify owner
There is quite a bit of trash on the side of the road (both W. 17th St. and Monroe) and inside the fence of the Tri-North Middle School Property. I don't know if the school or the construction company is responsible for picking it up. But it's been there and accumulating for quite some time. Thank you.
