Streets around the old hospital have been neglected in snow plowing. There are elderly residents who live in the area and an ambulance has been called in at least one instance with the snow. Residents would like the streets to be clear of snow.
Eastbound Patterson left turn arrow for Rogers north cycles green every time regardless of whether or not there's a car.
The bus stop at this location was vandalized over a month ago and all the glass panes removed. This is the closest stop to my house, and the temperatures with wind chill have been terrible recently. Please replace the glass panes in this structure promptly; it would be very much appreciated by members of your community and Bloomington Transit Users.
Excessive trash. Recycling bin full of trash has remained ob front lawn for weeks. Trash bags in parking area along Allen street, trash spilling into street.
Residence has excessive trash on property. Bins are overflowing onto the sidewalk and driveway and spilling into the street. Loose trash regularly found on Allen Street.
There is a tree that broke to the North side of the New Hope Roof building. The neighbor says it is not on their property so it might be on a city alley. Please confirm if this is a city responsibility.

Trees growing up through the asphalt (along the stone wall border). We were advised by the HAND department to contact you about the tree removal so we can finish work on the stone wall itself.

Traffic light keeps going from green to red in less than 10 seconds for traffic on Patterson. This is an on-going issue for the last few weeks.
