Our trash did not get picked up this Thursday (10/28/21). There were two bags of trash inside. All trash was bagged and the trash bin was placed on the curb the night before and 4+ feet from any other objects.

Trash has not yet been picked up on Woods Edge Bend and the south end of Sherwood Oaks. Just reporting to make sure someone was aware that is section of Bloomington was missed.

I reported that our trash was not picked up on Thursday as it should have been. I received a message from Rhea Carter at noon, saying "We picked up today." I just checked my waste cart. The cart has not been moved and the trash bag is still in it.

Our trash can was not emptied today. This issue has happened more than once. Could you please tell me why? We have done everything that we're supposed to do--the trash can is on the subside and more than six feet away from the mailbox. You pick up trash from my neighbors because I can see the other trash cans are sideways or show other signs of being moved. Why leave us out? I am not happy to come home and have to deal with the trash (yet again) that has become very stinky for sitting there under the sun and will become even more so if I wait for another week. A few weeks back I had an issue with my trash can not being emptied. I was contacted and told that it was a "new trainee" problem. Well, today's trash was not emptied fully again, so more training is clearly required. We have 3 extra people living here because of the pandemic, so I can't store trash that the city won't collect.
