His rental property is 513 N Dunn and 521 is sump pumping their basement onto his property creating a mosquito-breeding pond. Jason Widen with Jeanne Walters R.E. advised him this is a natural spring under the property that they are pumping and that the city knows about it and approves. Please check into this and advise him.
Riedweg stated that the University Lutheran Church used to have asphalt curb along E-W alley and now that the alley has been repaved so many times the curb is now delete. Due to this problem, water is running off onto the Church's property in their basement. Please call either Riedweg or Betty Vance.
Scattered trash around dumpster, there is no enclosure for the dumpster so the trash blows in to Mr. Binfords yard.
Trash from Daniel Mueller, 406 N. Fess #N Second Floor was found in the dumpster at 315 N. Fess.

Regina stopped by Public Works and stated that someone came in to appeal a parking ticket because the 2 hour parking sign was obscured by low hanging limb on the east side of the 400 Block of North Walnut.
