The citizen at 416 W. 11th Street uses the parking lot behind his building. His access is a East/West alley off of Rogers Street. There is an evergreen tree that blocks the line of sight for those pulling out of this alley trying to go South on Rogers Street. You have to pull partially into the northbound lane on Rogers to see around the tree. The tree also impedes pedestrian traffic along the sidewalk. The tree is behind the sidewalk. The Bloomington Sandwich Shop sets their Monster trash totes out in the morning for pickup. Today they were overstuffed and trash was scattered down the sidewalk and into the street.

Ms Butler is happy with the sidewalk and drainage project the city did a few years ago on 5th St but said she is now seeing erosion by her drive and in front of her house and is concerned about someone driving off into it and loosing control of their car.
