property is abandoned and listed for sale, building windows and doors need to be properly secured to prevent entry (north window is open)
"The south side of backyard is overgrown and makes driving difficult. There is also a fence that is falling over and I am afraid the dog living there can get out and hurt someone passing. I notified HAND overa month ago."
Tenant claims electrical system hooked up incorrectly, responsible for usage of his apt and another tenant.
Stopped by OOTM to request a meeting with the mayor.
Please drive by and look at back of this property. Complainant states that plywood doors have been tacked up over open house. Not sure we can do anything but if it is open and vacant it is unsafe.
