Larry reported to the HAND Department that there is trash out side of this address and the Sanitation Department will not pick it up.
Other/trash: faxed ljl/ one bag of untagged trash that was illegally dumped please pick up without tags, per Housing & neighborhood.
Multi trash bags being left out with out stickers. Sanitation has left them none collection notices several times.

20 bags at this address. Animals have ripped the bags open and strung it everywhere. Neighbors are very upset, a ticket should be issued.
Mr. O'Donnell came to the counter asking about 412 E. 3rd Street. We did not show the property as a rental. However, the complaint form he left gave an address of 412 E. 2nd Street as the complaint, and it does have a current permit. He said the tenants are loud late at night and there is lots of traffic back and forth.
Yard is not being mowed. Also, chimney stack is crooked.
grass is in need of mowing..trash in the yard. has made many complaints last year..these folks fail to keep the grass mowed.
