property is abandoned and listed for sale, building windows and doors need to be properly secured to prevent entry (north window is open)
Front lawn mowed, back lawn not mowed, trees from property raking the house at 223 N. Adams, causing damage to aluminum siding, rain blowing into space just beneath roof
Ten to fifteen bags of trash piled at garage door. Alll types of animals tearing apart bags. Garbage being strung all over. Has been there since IU graduation.
Grass has not been cut this year. Rental.
Continuous trouble rental. Garbage all over area. Nothing ever cut or cleaned. Garbage thrown into wooded area next to property.
Large pile of trash has now been moved to the front porch and animals are getting into it.
Tenant claims electrical system hooked up incorrectly, responsible for usage of his apt and another tenant.
