GIS has this house as 2410A&B. It should be a blue house next to a vacant lot. There is trash all over the yard with a broken down car parked in the backyard. Someone moved in and out very quickly and left a mess.

Lawn is not mowed and has gone to seen. The backyard is very bad. There is also garbage on the ground next to the garbage cans. Animals are getting into the bags. Evelyn Butler lives at 2414 E. 5th and gave the inspector permission to come onto her property in order to see the back yard.
