IS PARKED CLOSE TO THE STOP SIGN AND CREATES A DRIVING HAZARD. CAR IS A DK BLUE VOLVO WITH BASHED FENDER PLATE IS INDIANA 53-J676. HE ALSO SUGGESTS THAT THE CURB GET PAINTED.
