Contractor wants to meet onsite to discuss a storm drainage prroblem and ways to correct it. Address: 2741 S Jalen Ct. Home sits below the curb line and has a swale in the backyard; both of which complicate the matter. The neighboring homes are all higher in elevation and drain straight to this property. On the 600 block of Patterson Drive and 2nd Street is a crosswalk light that is out of sync. The crosswalk light turns green as well as on coming traffic. Very dangerous.
Crosswalk button on Bloomfield Rd & Landmark Ave by Williams Brothers, is malfunction. It doesn't seem to respond. Resident waited 3 light cycles to be able to go.
