At 2nd Street and Euclid, there is a strip of sidewalk with no curb cut. This is next to the yellow house that is across from 919 W. 2nd Street. This curb does not allow for a resident of this neighborhood that is in a wheelchair to turn around at this location, or move through this section of sidewalk.

Illegal dumping from residents at 922 Orris. "Discarded trash behind 919 has been ripped open by animals and scattered by 2 storms since. flowed into the street and clogged drains to flooding street scattering trash even further..
