The new audible signals downtown, especially at the intersection of 5th and Walnut, drive her crazy. She couldn't concentrate when reading on the square at lunch, and the insistence of the sounds drove her nuts. During counts this morning, Eli observed that the pedestrian signal at Cory and 3rd was cycling through the walk and don't walk symbols while the light remained green. Is it supposed to cycle through like that or should the walking symbol stay on until detection is triggered?
