I would like to lodge a complaint about the process for renewing a visitor parking permit. We have lived at the same house since 2005 and have applied for a permit every year. Nothing, apart from our age, has changed. Why does the process have to be so onerous and annoying when every detail has remained the same? All we need to do is pay! For several weeks, there's been a car parked in the yard with the front end out in the street. A traffic cone has been placed in front of the car; eastbound traffic must swerve into the westbound lane to avoid the parked vehicle.
